Thanks for your interest in working together. To make sure I can show up fully prepared for you and your dog, I use a detailed intake form as the first step.

It’s intentionally thorough and may take 15–20 minutes to complete. The questions help me understand your dog’s history, environment, routines, and your training goals so I can determine whether I’m the right fit; and so our first session is meaningful, not surface-level.
